Number: DPOBOE 11.25DescriptionDispatcher / Product Owner / Business Operations Engineer (m/f/d)Project: Dispatcher, Product Owner, Business Operations EngineerStart Date: January 1, 2026End Date: December 31, 2026Location: Bern (main site), DübendorfOn-site Work: Required (remote work not possible)About The ProjectWe are looking for an experienced Dispatcher / Product Owner / Business Operations Engineer to support the IP & Gateway Engineering DevSecOps Team within the “Führungsnetz Schweiz” (Swiss Command Network).This position combines operational coordination, agile product ownership, and service management to ensure efficient and secure delivery of critical network services in a mission-critical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor daily operational activities across technical and operational teamsAct as the primary contact for incident and change coordination on the “Führungsnetz Schweiz”Support 12 Agile Sprints annually within the IP & GW Engineering DevSecOps Team (LCM Campus LAN)Oversee project rollouts and service fulfillment for new and existing network servicesManage production schedules and coordinate the transition of new applications into productionExecute and monitor ITIL-based Service Operation and Service Transition processesTrack performance, ensure KPI achievement, and prepare management reportsSupport development and operations teams in production workflows and process optimizationInitiate tuning, automation, and performance measurements to enhance service efficiencyCreate and maintain availability reports and outage statisticsCoordinate installations, integration tests, and implementation of security solutionsDefine and implement quality assurance and escalation procedures in DispatchingContribute across all project phases: Initialization, Design, Implementation, Rollout, Operation, and DecommissioningYour ProfileProven experience in IT service coordination, product ownership, or business operations within complex infrastructure environmentsSound understanding of ITIL, DevSecOps, and service management principlesStrong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in secure or government-related IT operations is an advantageStructured, analytical, and results-driven approach with a proactive attitudeAbility to work on-site in a highly secure environmentRequired CertificationsManufacturer-based technical certifications on Carrier-Grade Infrastructure, such as:CiscoNokiaRibbonEricssonCheck PointOr Equivalent Vendor QualificationsPrerequisitesLanguage: German – minimum B2 levelSecurity clearance: According to PSPV (https://www.fedlex.admin.ch/eli/cc/2011/155/de)Valid Swiss work permit and residence (mandatory)References: Minimum of two professional references (not older than 5 years)What We OfferInvolvement in a high-impact national communications and defense infrastructure projectCollaboration with leading engineering and DevSecOps teamsTechnically challenging and meaningful work in a secure environment12-month engagement with clear deliverables and professional growth opportunitiesApplicationPlease send your complete application — CV, certifications, and references to📩 ivan.ruggiero@connect44.com
