The Dispatcher will manage daily trucking operations, coordinate schedules and routes, oversee drivers, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The role involves monitoring shipments, resolving any transportation issues, and maintaining regular communication with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills for dispatch coordination and managing multiple schedules.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and clients.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address unexpected issues and adjust schedules as necessary.Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant tools, as well as familiarity with logistics and transportation processes.Attention to detail and ability to maintain records accurately.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly to challenges.Prior experience in dispatch or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
