This junior-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone eager to scale high-impact performance campaigns, drive user acquisition, and test traffic channels and creatives across multiple ad networks.As a key contributor, you’ll dive deep into campaign data across multiple traffic channels and ad networks, using your analytical skills to evaluate performance, guide strategic decisions, and identify areas for improvement. You'll run A/B tests, analyze user behavior and acquisition funnels, and develop actionable dashboards and reports to support ongoing optimization.This is an on-site position at our HQ in Denmark and a unique opportunity to work directly with some of the most competitive traffic sources in iGaming. The role will report to our Head of Display.What you'll be doingManage, monitor, and continuously optimize digital display campaigns across multiple traffic sources, with a strong focus on performance and scale.Analyze key performance indicators such as ROI, CPA, and CTR to identify optimization opportunities, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to maximize efficiency.Evaluate campaign performance and user behavior through detailed funnel analysis, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement across the customer journey.Design, implement, and assess structured A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance campaign outcomes.Conduct market and competitor research using data insights and benchmarks to uncover new opportunities and trends in digital traffic and engagement.Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence department to improve reporting accuracy, align on analytical frameworks, and support deeper performance insights through dashboards and custom analyses.Develop clear and concise reporting frameworks to track spend, performance, engagement metrics, and conversion trends, enabling informed decision-making across the team.Work closely with our Sales department to support partner growth, provide input on campaign and traffic performance, and identify optimization strategies for scaling and retention.Who we're looking for1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, digital campaign optimization, or marketing analytics.A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.Familiarity with digital campaign metrics such as CPA, ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (e.g., Voluum or similar) and with running campaigns on display and programmatic networks such as PropellerAds, Taboola, Adform or equivalent.Solid experience working with campaign tracking tools, Excel/Sheets, and ideally BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.A proactive and structured work approach—comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, hypotheses, and tests.Strong communication skills, especially when it comes to translating complex findings into clear recommendations.Bonus: Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or managing campaigns in regulated verticals.What we're offeringAt Gentoo Media, we’re redefining affiliate marketing in iGaming - and we know that great work starts with great people.
