The RoleAs our E-commerce Manager, you will own the D2C channels and drive the global expansion of our in-house beauty brands.
Working closely with our strategic partner, a leading industry tech powerhouse, you will be responsible for implementing and managing enterprise-grade E-commerce platforms with solutions in fulfilment, E-commerce management, data and marketing to accelerate and scale internationally at speed. The ideal candidate has a strong background in E-commerce KPIs, acquisition, customer retention and subscription-based businesses. You’re a data-driven strategist who can also execute quickly and creatively, bringing both analytical skills and entrepreneurial energy to the role.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead global E-commerce strategy for our portfolio of beauty and wellness brands;Develop and execute strategies to grow D2C revenue, including acquisition, retention and subscription growth;Build content strategy for campaigns and seasonal pushes in collaboration with our Studio team;Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, product launches and storytelling across the E-commerce experience;Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to track and improve E-commerce and marketing effectiveness;Analyze data, market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities;Deliver sales targets and develop growth plans for each brand and market;Optimize subscription program performance and lifetime value (LTV) growth;Leverage CRM, loyalty and personalization tools to create seamless customer journeys and boost repeat purchases;Own E-commerce analytics including traffic, conversion, AOV, subscription metrics and retention;Collaborate with Finance to monitor budgets, promotions and revenue forecasting;Partner with Operations to forecast plan and manage D2C inventory.
What We’re Looking For5+ years of E-commerce or digital marketing experience, preferably in D2C consumer brands (beauty, wellness or lifestyle is a plus);Proven track record in traffic and revenue growth across paid and organic channels;Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving;Experience in subscription-based businesses is highly desirable;Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results;Excellent project management and organizational skills;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities;Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and site merchandising best practices;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders;A “can-do” mentality, highly proactive and results-oriented;Passion for E-commerce, beauty and brand-building.
