The RoleAs Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of our busy in-house restaurants (Bailiez Café & Bar & Hilights Buffet Restaurant), ensuring our service is smooth, professional, and guest-focused. You will be hands-on on the floor, leading by example and supporting the team during breakfast and dinner service. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead front-of-house staff during service. Ensure all guests receive outstanding, friendly and efficient service. Assist with staff training, rostering and performance management. Manage reservations and ensure proper table planning. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or senior waitstaff role. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive and customer-focused attitude. Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead a team in a busy environment. Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of POS systems and food safety practices is an advantage.
