Distributed Control System Engineer

Job DescriptionExperience: A minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) engineering, project execution, and industrial process automation.Responsible for the design and execution of Pulp & Paper DCS systems.Perform system engineering, P&ID reading and interpretation, IO Assignment, FS, FDS, As-Built preparation, Loop checking, Pre-commissioning, FAT testing, and system integration.Third-party devices communication using Modbus.Perform Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), including 3rd party device communication with MODBUS TCP/IP ProtocolUnderstand the technical scope to implement application engineering and ensure the quality of engineering as per definitions.Handle template making, control loop development, and sequence development for the entire system with reference to Process narratives and P&IDs.Conduct Graphics Modifications.Serve as an Application Engineer for projects, participating in Application Engineering and conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) on-siteWork experience on Woodward PLC System, Siemens S7-400 PLC system and Rockwell Advantage.
