DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Distribution Account Manager, APAC leads and manages an assigned base of APAC Managed Service Providers (MSP’s) to drive sales activity that delivers incremental growth and market share. If you are a strategic seller, partner-centric, and hands-on salesperson ready to make an impact, we are looking for you!Location - Sydney, NSW (North Sydney) - Hybrid, in office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday plus additional days as required.Ability to travel across the Asia Pacific territory (25%)What You’ll Be DoingPartner and Territory Impact:Manage and grow assigned MSP partners, primarily through direct Distribution management, to meet/exceed defined territory metrics and sales quota expectationsPossess the ability to identify trends, communicate best practices, and analyze behaviors leading to new opportunities or threats within the assigned territoryConduct partner-specific Business Reviews with both distribution partners as well as top regional MSP’s to drive alignment on performance, successes, and areas of improvementTravel to visit partners at their location of business, tradeshows and other industry eventsBuild And Inspire PartnersOwnership of distribution planning that ensures a strong MSP experience through compelling programs and streamline buying processIdentify growth potential within territory and invest in those partners with prescribed enablement, growth planning, and co-selling activities to meet desired outcomesInspire new and existing partners with the NinjaOne value proposition, supported by strong product roadmap vision and a resource model to help them win in their marketCreate sustainable partner relationships built on trust Advocate for your partners by communicating new and evolving customer requirements internally to Sales, Product, Marketing and Engineering leadershipReport and escalate territory risk, including competitive threats that could lead to customer dissatisfaction or churnProfessional Representation Of NinjaOneStrong understanding of the IT Channel, and demonstrated fluency in selling to and supporting different partner types, including Manage Service Providers (MSP’s), Distributors, and ResellersStrong presentation skills to deliver effective messaging to meet the unique requirements of the partner/customerPossess strong executive presence with both partners and internal stakeholders, supported by good business acumen, skills, and consistent grasp of the NinjaOne businessUse a combination of analytical skills and channel business acumen to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationshipsLeverage relationships to secure valuable customer referencesProvide new partners with an effective onboarding experience that not only creates a meaningful fast start, but more importantly sets a strong first impression of NinjaOneEstablish trust-based relationships with executive leadership within top NinjaOne partners, including distributors, creating the ability to influence sales outcomes while providing an escalation path for issue resolution.Maintain a satisfactory level of technical knowledge of NinjaOne products and process to be an effective front-line resource for territory partnersOther duties as neededAbout You5+ years of demonstrated Channel Sales experienceBachelor's degree preferredProven sales professional with the ability to challenge and inspire othersStrong understanding of the MSP partner community and working experience of their support through IT distributionFamiliarity with SaaS sales motions, with Cyber Security/Data Security experience preferredPolished communicator who can translate technical features into business benefitsStrong knowledge of Salesforce.com and PowerBIAbout UsNinjaOne automates the hardest parts of IT to deliver visibility, security, and control over all endpoints for more than 30,000 customers.
