In this position, you will implement growth plans for dedicated accounts, ensuring we meet our sales goals while keeping our customers delighted. You will work with IT Distributors in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.  What You’ll Do: Build Strong Relationships: Forge deep connections with customers to truly understand their needs.Drive Sales Growth: Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve ambitious sales targets.Deliver Exceptional Service: Be a key player in our mission to provide top-notch solutions and service to our clients. Here’s how you can make a difference: Lead Strategic Initiatives: Work with local and global teams to implement effective sales, project, and service strategies.Be the Expert: Dive into account business strategies to drive growth and success.Enhance Brand Visibility: Create and execute a quarterly marketing plan that amplifies our presence with distributors.Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Manage relationships with key partners like Cisco and Dell, positioning Schneider Electric as an industry leader.Optimize Processes: Utilize essential tools for accurate reporting and visibility of achievements.Measure Success: Collaborate with analysis and operations teams to drive ROI.Travel and Connect: Enjoy the excitement of travel (about 50% of your time) meeting customersYour Ideal Profile: Educational Background: Suitable educational degree in a technical fieldSales Experience: At least few years of successful sales experience, showcasing your communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.B2B Sales Knowledge: A minimum of 2 years in B2B sales with a solid understanding of the IT distribution landscape.Driven to Succeed: Motivated to sell and deliver outstanding results, organized, and persistent in handling complex matters.Great Communicator: Excellent listening skills and the ability to influence others, building strong business networks up to the VP level.Tech-Savvy: Experienced in managing customer relationship systems, sales support programs, and social media.International Experience: Comfortable working with international contacts and have a valid driver’s license (B). Why Schneider Electric? At Schneider Electric, we’re not just offering a job; we’re providing a platform for you to thrive.
