Whatever your skills and experience, we’ll help you to thrive in our inclusive culture.About The TeamAbout the role:DRP Planner ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time by managing replenishment flows across the distribution network. This role connects demand signals with supply capabilities, balancing customer service, inventory, and cost.Role ResponsibilitiesConvert the demand plan into replenishment requirements across regional DCs, warehouses, and key customers.Plan inventory targets and ensure healthy stock coverage while avoiding overstock/obsolescence.Monitor and adjust replenishment plans considering lead times, safety stock, and transport constraints.Collaborate with Supply Planners, Demand Planners, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve shortages or bottlenecks.Drive optimization of distribution flows, shipment sizes, and transport efficiency.Maintain accurate planning system parameters (lead times, lot sizes, MOQ, safety stock).Support S&OP / IBP processes with distribution insights and risk assessments.Experience / Skills RequiredStrong analytical and planning capability.Knowledge of ERP / APS planning systems (SAP APO/IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, etc.).Understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics.Stakeholder management and communication skills.Balance between customer focus and cost efficiency.Performance Indicators (KPIs)Customer service level.Inventory health (days of supply, excess & obsolete).Logistics cost vs. plan.Flexible Working StatementFlexibility is key to our success.
