Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.About The RoleThe role is focused on assisting in managing daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and dispatch, ensuring compliance with the set QMS standards; Supporting distributor coordination, safety procedures, and KPI achievement through timely reporting and process improvements; Contributing to operational efficiency by recommending enhancements and maintaining adherence to health, safety, and quality protocols.The Distribution Center Operations Officer will be a Contractual Position with a Fixed-term Contract under Third-party Payroll. Job Location: Narayanganj (Reckitt Distribution Center)The ideal candidate will be majorly, but not exclusively, responsible for the followingAssist in coordinating daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound processes following the set policies. Communicate with distributors, get orders, and ensure timely dispatch of goodsSupport achievement of warehouse objectives and KPIs through timely execution and reportingRecommend and help implement operational improvements for efficiency and complianceEnsure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety procedures and assist in periodic safety and health risk assessmentsMaintain compliance with Reckitt Quality Management System (QMS) at the Distribution CenterHelp enforce policies, procedures, and work standards across all warehouse activitiesPrepare and update operational reports as required by managementThe educational background and experience we're looking forMinimum Bachelor’s Degree from any UGC Approved/ Foreign University.Freshers are encouraged to apply. However, candidates with maximum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics in an FMCG environment are also eligible to apply.
