This role focuses on managing our partner ecosystem: distributors and resellers to drive business growth, maintain strong relationships and expand the reach of our solutions worldwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDistributor & Reseller ManagementIdentify, onboard and manage global distributor and reseller companies.Communicate effectively via emails, online meetings and demonstrations.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to maximize sales and market penetration.Ensure partners are fully trained and supported in promoting and selling 3D Organon products.Draft, negotiate and manage agreements (e.g., Distribution Agreements, NDAs).Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote and sell 3D Organon products through the partner network.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets via distribution channels.Identify new potential distributors and partners in the medical education and technology sectors.Assess partner and customer needs, prepare customized quotes and negotiate pricing and payment terms.Product & Market ExpertiseMaintain in-depth knowledge of 3D Organon products, updates and new features.Share product updates and best practices with partners, resellers and end customers.CRM & Administrative TasksManage and update partner and customer data in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Oversee the internal license server and ensure accurate license delivery and tracking.Maintain proper documentation of contracts, invoices and communications.Marketing & EventsBe open to represent 3D Organon at conferences and other events.Collaborate with marketing team to share promotional materials and campaigns tailored for partners.Support training sessions, webinars and workshops for partners and customers.Customer Service & SupportProvide exceptional support by addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues and ensuring partner satisfaction.Maintain ongoing communication with partners worldwide to strengthen cooperation and loyalty.Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth implementation and long-term success of partnerships. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSMinimum 2 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in ed-tech or health-tech sectors.High proficiency in English (native preferred); additional languages a plus.Comfortable using digital tools.Excellent work ethic and professionalism.Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.Willingness to travel occasionally for events and partner meetings.
