The Customer portfolio will hold all the products related to B2B and Customer Tech Products. The key impacted Business teams are the Sales and Commercial Functions. Your role will seat under the Sales Execution product family, and you will be part of a product squad, Distribution Management Systems (DMS). The position covers activities related to DMS to enable our businesses to improve and grow across our markets, with a specific focus on Asia:•Wholesalers and Distributors Engagement & Management •Wholesalers and Distributors Collaboration & Incentives The current Pernod Ricard ecosystem is a fragmented operating model. The DMS Configuration Specialist will act as a change enabler by supporting the definition of a target blueprint, the archetypes and their associated routes to market, and the best fitted solutions. Forward looking, you will be part of a fast-growing squad and organization. You will setup strong relationships with our Tech Integration and Architecture Teams, as well as the other Customer Portfolio members. WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOUThe responsibilities encompass ensuring the seamless integration of products into both internal and market-developed systems. This involves performing analysis, configurations, interfaces integrations, and tests to verify product quality and performance, ultimately validating deployment.Product lifecycle management : Analyze requirements from new products, compare them to existing systems specifications. Deep dive on technical and functional specifications, dependencies and interactions between new product and existing systems. Configure required parameters, security settings, options functionalities & modules. Document and create toolkit on the specific set-up of tools. Define and perform required functional, performance, security and compatibility tests. Manage interfaces integrations and integration test. Orchestrate and plan system demos and tests.Incident management : Investigate incidents related to integration and configuration issues at level 2/3 and contribute to resolution Product Catalog Management : Participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog ManagerYOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISEProven experience in product/solution design (in similar domain/family where possible)Mastery of the IT solutions of the product domain/sub-domainExperience in Configuration/Asset ManagementStrong technical foundations, incl. expertise on engineering & development and integration topicsRealistic & critical thinking, with the ability to balance business needs with viability & feasibility constraintsCollaboration & agile ways of working
