Job Description: Business ManagementDefine the new business growth plan with distributors and product divisions and executeManage quarterly target of new Design WinsManage quarterly resale/revenue and inventory Sales activities to manufacturers, Green energy applications, and Car electronics customers with distributors to grow business in small/mid size customers resales via distributors. To know distributors Sales/FAE activities and how to improve in case problem is there.Communicate with overseas products divisions and distributors and making winning strategy and execute.Major Semiconductor productsIsolation product: Gate Driver, Current/Voltage sense, communication couplerMotion encoder etc.Major customers: Servo Motor Controller, Inverter, Car Electronics manufacturers etc.Relationship managementAlthough this is distributor business, need the negotiation directly with customers for keyprojects, managing projects and building relationships.R023608
