The District Manager will oversee multiple store locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across all sites. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring store managers; developing and implementing operational strategies; managing budgets and financial goals; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; and providing exceptional customer service. Regular communication and collaboration with various departments will be essential.QualificationsExperience in multi-unit management, preferably in the food service or retail industryStrong leadership, team-building, and motivational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing P&L statementsKnowledge of operational standards and procedures for food service or retail environmentsAbility to travel regularly within the district and work flexible hours, including weekendsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredExperience in creating and implementing operational strategies is a plus
