District Manager

𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪: 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥 – 𝗦𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗜 𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗔We are looking for a District Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia on a 12-month contract.𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:Manage resources to ensure proper delivery of contractual obligations and achievement of project objectives (PODs).Establish guidelines and governance for teams and ASPs to enable smooth and effective O&M operations.Standardize and facilitate team and ASP workflows with templates and reporting tools.Monitor monthly PMR progress (physical, WFMS, and PIN visibility) and take corrective actions as needed.Oversee TT resolution to ensure SLA compliance and network KPI performance.Analyze TT data to verify quality of TMS inputs, identify recurring faults, and plan repairs.Follow up on permanent solutions for repetitive failures with teams and ASPs.Oversee smooth handovers from NI to NO (new sites, modernization, OPEX installations).Prepare and follow up on monthly generator overhauling plans until customer acceptance.Collect and consolidate district feedback, preparing performance and status reports.Maintain and analyze a reliable PIN database to optimize infrastructure use.Ensure proper processing of theft and vandalism incidents.Hold regular meetings with ASPs to review reports, resolve issues, and ensure operational excellence.Manage temporary third-party resources and verify task completion to standards.Attend customer meetings at all levels — from NOC to OGM — ensuring alignment and effective communication.𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 12 MonthsIf you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to ahmed.zribi@tanint.com.
