RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives on challenges and is ready to take ownership of a role with unlimited growth potential. You’ll ensure every Wingstop location in your district operates at its best — delivering exceptional service, maintaining top-tier quality, and meeting compliance standards every single day. Your operational and financial know-how will be key in driving profitability and making sure each restaurant runs as efficiently as possible. But here’s what truly matters: You put people first.

You understand that success isn’t just measured in numbers — it’s measured in the growth, confidence, and success of your team. You’ll inspire, mentor, and create an environment where everyone can thrive. This role is active and demanding — you’ll be on your feet for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds as needed, and move with the energy of your team, bending and twisting frequently to get the job done.
