District Sales Manager (Delta)

Global Napi is looking for District Manager for :Delta To build and execute strategies to meet sales goals for the Area; to drive Area sales performance, market share and optimal resource utilization; to build effective and enduring business relationships with key Area customers and stakeholders; to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of pharmaceutical Medical Representatives; to promote GNP as a leader in general or specific pharmaceutical areas.Major Accountabilities:· Applies Line strategies to develop and implement territorial business plans.·Builds effective and enduring customer relationships; identifies and works closely with the most significant customers in the assigned territories.·Leads a high-performing team of Medical Representatives; hires, trains and develops representatives as necessary; provides coaching and feedback aligned to GNP Leadership Standards; inspires representatives to meet and exceed Sales objectives.·Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results and ensure best ROI of investments.·Works effectively with colleagues across other functions/units within Scientific Office to achieve business results.·Develops in-depth understanding of the Area market environment and customers; communicates customer insights to internal stakeholders and supports development of new business strategies; identifies top business opportunities or gaps through analysis of available reports.·Serves as a communication bridge from Senior Management to Medical representatives.·Works within GNP policies and standard operating procedures “SOPs” and creates a culture that ensures all reports, direct and indirect, do the same.Qualifications:· Good Command of English.· Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.·University degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Veterinary Medicine.·At least 2 years of experience in the same role.·Consistent proven record of sales achievement
