Job ObjectiveAs the Key Account Manager for the hospitality sector, you will be responsible for business development and client management within Macao’s hospitality industry (including hotels, F&B, and leisure & entertainment venues). By formulating and executing targeted sales strategies, you will deepen partnerships with existing clients, explore new market opportunities, drive Diversey’s business growth in Macao, and achieve sales targets and market share expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Maintain long-term partnerships with core hotel groups, high-end F&B chains, and large-scale leisure venues in Macao.

Conduct regular visits to understand client needs, provide customized solutions (e. g. , cleaning and disinfection systems, sustainable operation products), and enhance client satisfaction and repurchase rates. Business Development: Research market dynamics and competitive landscapes in Macao’s hospitality sector, identify new clients and business opportunities, develop and implement expansion plans, and increase the coverage of Diversey’s products and services locally. Sales Target Achievement: Set annual/quarterly sales targets for Macao based on company strategy, break them down by client and product categories, and drive deals through negotiations and solution demonstrations to ensure performance metrics are met. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Work closely with internal product, marketing, and technical support teams to coordinate resources and provide end-to-end services to clients (e. g. , product training, after-sales support) to ensure effective implementation of solutions. Market Strategy Optimization: Analyze trends in Macao’s hospitality industry (e. g. , sustainability demands, intelligent cleaning trends) based on client feedback and market data, and propose product promotion and strategy adjustment recommendations to headquarters. Reporting & Analysis: Submit regular client follow-up reports, sales data, and market analyses to ensure transparent and controllable business progress.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in key account sales within the hospitality industry (hotels, F&B, etc. ), with prior knowledge of the Macao market preferred. Excellent client communication, negotiation skills, and business development awareness, capable of independently driving the entire sales process. Familiarity with cleaning products, disinfection solutions, or related industry products is an advantage. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and proficient in English (both written and spoken). Ability to work under pressure and adapt to business trips if required.
