We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences for diving enthusiasts and learners alike.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Diving Center Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will manage client communications, promote diving packages, and foster relationships with new and returning customers. Responsibilities include providing detailed guidance on offerings, processing bookings, maintaining records, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting customers, managing inventory, preparing equipment, and potentially performing administrative tasks like sales reporting, and coordinating with other team members for smooth operations. This role often involves meeting sales goals, working irregular hours (like weekends), and sometimes includes a commission-based salary.  You will act as an ambassador for the diving center and ensure clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience.Responsibilities Customer engagement: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and recommend appropriate training, equipment, or trips.Sales: Sell a variety of products and services, including scuba and diving gear, and courses. Inventory and store management: Keep the store organized, manage inventory and update it on monthly basis, and prepare equipment for classes, and help with ordering new equipment when needed.Administration & Reporting: Track sales, opportunities, and leads using CRM software (Odoo), and send daily sales reports and ensure its accuracy and matching with CRM reports.  Expertise sharing: Use personal knowledge and passion for diving to assist and inform customers, you may need to accompany them during the trips when required. Collaborate with dive supervisors, divers, and other technicians to coordinate tasks, provide support, and quickly respond to any selling items requirements.  Customer Service & Sales: Communicate with divers, clients, and partner organizations to explain service needs, provide expert advice, and promote or sell maintenance services packages to ensure ongoing safety, performance, and long-term gear care.QualificationsSales, customer service, and client relationship management skillsKnowledge of diving services, diving equipment, and the tourism sectorStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsMarketing, promotional activities, and business development abilitiesFluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plusFamiliarity with PADI courses and certifications is preferredAbility to work on-site in Jeddah and adapt to diverse customersExperience in the hospitality or sports tourism industry is an advantageCompensation Compensation often includes an hourly wage or salary plus commission if exceeded the monthly target.
