Title: Divisional Director - Commercial Property ManagementLocation: Dublin City (Hybrid working available)Salary: Very Competitive Base + Bonus + Pension + Health Cover & a host of other benefits.The Company:This company is a market leader in all aspects of real estate advisory and management. They have been instructed on high profile commercial portfolios in Ireland and work with an impressive list of international and local organisations.The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team managing a portfolio of commercial assets and managing relationships with key clients. The portfolio is a mix of commercial assets that includes Grade A office buildings. There is also a focus on business development and leveraging relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to help grow their portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team: guide property managers, advisors, and support staff to ensure professional growth and alignment with biusiness goalsSet targets, conduct appraisals, and allocate staffing and budgets effectively.Promote best practices and compliance: ensure team adherence to internal policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to commercial property managementOversee all aspects of property operations: supervise leasing, budgeting, rent collection, service charge management, tenant negotiations, insurance administration, and health & safety standardsNurture client relationships, pitch for new contracts and cross-sell servicesKey Requirements: 8-10+ years experience in commercial property management, with at least 3-5 years in a management role.Proven track record of leading teams (Property & Building Managers, Facility Managers, support staff).Business development success: evidence of winning mandates, pitching, and growing client portfolios.Experience working with institutional investors, REITs, asset managers, and corporate occupiers.
