They have been instructed on high profile commercial portfolios in Ireland and work with an impressive list of international and local organisations.The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team managing a portfolio of commercial assets and managing relationships with key clients. The portfolio is a mix of commercial assets that includes Grade A office buildings. There is also a focus on business development and leveraging relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to help grow their portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team: guide property managers, advisors, and support staff to ensure professional growth and alignment with biusiness goalsSet targets, conduct appraisals, and allocate staffing and budgets effectively.Promote best practices and compliance: ensure team adherence to internal policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to commercial property managementOversee all aspects of property operations: supervise leasing, budgeting, rent collection, service charge management, tenant negotiations, insurance administration, and health & safety standardsNurture client relationships, pitch for new contracts and cross-sell servicesKey Requirements: 8-10+ years experience in commercial property management, with at least 3-5 years in a management role.Proven track record of leading teams (Property & Building Managers, Facility Managers, support staff).Business development success: evidence of winning mandates, pitching, and growing client portfolios.Experience working with institutional investors, REITs, asset managers, and corporate occupiers.
