Minister Hi-Tech Park Ltd. is looking for Divisional Sales Manager - Sales & MarketingJob Description / ResponsibilitySales Strategy & Target AchievementDevelop and implement divisional sales plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for electronics products.Analyze regional market trends, product demand, and competitor pricing to set effective sales strategies.Allocate and monitor monthly sales targets for regional, area, and showroom teams.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, guide, and motivate Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Executives to drive performance.Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and on-the-job training for sales teams.Ensure team discipline, accountability, and adherence to company sales policies.Channel & Dealer ManagementExpand and strengthen dealer, retailer, and distribution networks within the assigned division.Ensure proper coverage and visibility of all electronics products across key outlets and markets.Negotiate dealership terms, incentives, and credit policies to maintain strong business partnerships.Market Expansion & Business GrowthIdentify potential new markets, cities, or territories for expansion of electronic products.Conduct market visits to monitor product performance, pricing, and competitor activities.Recommend new product introductions or marketing initiatives based on customer feedback.Sales Operations & ExecutionEnsure timely product delivery, stock availability, and showroom display standards.Supervise promotional activities, product launches, and consumer campaigns within the division.Maintain close coordination with the supply chain, logistics, and accounts departments for smooth operations.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, institutional clients, and corporate customers.Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements, gaps, and corrective actions.Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor movements to support management decisions.Brand & Marketing SupportCoordinate with the marketing department to execute branding, advertising, and promotional plans.Ensure brand visibility, POSM (Point of Sales Materials) placement, and showroom branding consistency.Administrative & ComplianceEnsure all divisional operations comply with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.Monitor and control divisional expenses to ensure budget discipline.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Sales, Marketing, Electronics and home appliance Sales MarketingExperience Requirements5 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home AppliancesAdditional RequirementsStrong relationship management & Communication skills· Should have depth knowledge in working with Dealer & Electronics Companies.
