Participates with the director in directing and managing the work of the Continuing Government Activity (CGA) responsible for SP oversight responsibilities including the implementation of the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). As senior specialist on distribution management, provides expert technical advice to the center director and other local managers on assigned programs and other matters that affect the center's programs and projects.
