We’re looking for a casual Plant Operator to join our team on an as-needed basis to help during busy periods, especially harvest. This is a hands-on, practical role suited to someone who’s reliable, safety-focused, and keen to get stuck in and support the team. Responsibilities:
Assisting the team with the intake, drying, and storage of grainSupporting daily plant operations and site housekeepingOperating and checking machinery (training provided)Recording grain movements and maintaining basic documentationAssisting with bagging and manufacturing as neededFollowing site health and safety proceduresWe are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in the agricultural industry. While prior experience in plant operations or a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Why Work With Us:
