We started with a butcher's shop and today we’re a category leader, exporting across Northern Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. And we’re just getting started. You’ll be working directly with our Marketing Director who is someone who has built brands across Ireland and the UK, turned a butcher’s idea into Ireland’s leading ready meal brand, and is now launching Fit Foods into the UK. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be challenged and have the chance to make a real impact - this is it. We need someone who’s both creative and commercial. Someone who can shape a campaign, pick up their phone to film a reel, and work cross-functionally to bring new products to life.

You will be expected to take ownership, move quickly, and contribute meaningfully from day one. This is a big role in a small team. No red tape, no endless meetings, just real work, real collaboration, and the chance to be part of something special.  The ResponsibilitiesBrand & CampaignsWorking alongside our Marketing Director, deliver 360 brand campaigns for Fit Foods and Slate & Sage twice a year. Act as brand guardian across all DMC brands, keeping the energy, tone, and design tight and consistent across every touchpoint. Build standout in-store presence with key retailers making sure we shout on shelf.

Work closely with NPD, Tech, Quality, and Commercial to bring new flavours and formats to market including from conception to on-shelf reality. You’ll work on all aspects including packaging, photography, instore marketing and activations. Support the Marketing Director on UK and European launch plans. Digital & SocialBorn with a phone in your hand and addicted to TikTok, you'll manage social media strategy and day-to-day content across the DMC portfolio with a laser focus on Fit Foods. Work with our in-house chef based in Monaghan to create engaging food content that feels fresh and native to each platform.

Manage influencers, gifting, and community engagement Develop and own a gifting strategy that’s more than just free stuff:  it should feel on-brand. Manage paid digital campaigns and report on what’s working and why. Track engagement and report monthly across channels. Events & PartnershipsGet our Food Truck on the road, leading and managing events from Community Games to grassroots sampling and seasonal activations. Bring ideas for sponsorships and collaborations that align with our brands and values. Data, Insights & PRKeep the business close to what’s happening from shopper trends to what's hot on social media.

Use tools like Kantar, Shopper Intelligence, and social listening to spot opportunities and back up ideas. Support both trade and consumer PR with a focus on relevance and results. Commercial & Internal CommsTrack and communicate budgets and campaign performance Own monthly marketing reporting and input for Board Packs. Keep the wider business looped in, making sure people see the value of marketing and feel proud of what we put out. What You Bring3+ years in a marketing or brand role, ideally in FMCG, food, or consumer brands (agency experience also welcome).

You’ve brought products from concept to shelf, and you know what it takes to get there. You’re confident creating content from filming, editing and writing copy that works. You’ve managed brand accounts on social, and you know what good looks like when it comes to engagement, community, and growth. You’re commercial and solutions-oriented and do what it takes to get the job done. A full clean driving license as you’ll be between Swords and Castleblayney and sometimes on the road for events. Some weekend work at events where necessary.
