Duties And ResponsibilitiesCheck/ compile all operational and flight movement messages pertaining to the flight and take appropriate actions when necessaryObtain/ analyze/ prepare operational flight plansObtain/ analyze/ prepare all relevant aeronautical/weather information and check against airlinesā operating requirementsEnsure air traffic control (ATC) Flight Plans are filed with the appropriate authoritiesLiaise/coordinate regarding Flight Release, fuel figures, aircraft serviceability.
Maintain flight watch on company VHF frequency and monitor flight progress. Calculate/ determine aircraft weights and performance limitsBrief outbound crew on all operational matters pertaining to flightHandles Crew Administration, including arranging for crew HOTAC, transportation, allowances, alert & pick-up times, and any other crew matters.
Maintain/ upkeep airlinesā manuals/ files and airport publications/ notificationsPerform control duties, and weight & balance dutiesEnsure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedurePerform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department headRequirementsMinimum GCE āOā Level with credits in English & MathMust have knowledge of aircraft weight & balance with supervisory experienceMinimum 3 years of working experience in aviation industry
