What You'll Do You will support the core property management system — our most mature, widely used, and operationally complex product.
It serves enterprise-level property managers and has a direct impact on day-to-day workflows across thousands of users. You’ll be responsible for elevating the UX of this platform while navigating legacy constraints, de-risking changes, and building toward scalable improvement. As a senior designer, you will:
Lead the design of key initiatives on the core PMS, from discovery to delivery Analyze and improve complex workflows, balancing usability with technical feasibility and business goals Apply systems thinking to maintain and evolve a design system that supports consistency and scale across our product suite Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes Regularly engage with users and internal teams to collect feedback and iterate on design decisions Support and mentor junior designers through collaboration and feedback Be flexible and proactive — work on what’s most critical to the business and take initiative in unstructured environments What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally within product-led or SaaS companies Proven experience leading the design of complex features or platforms with high usage and operational depth Strong background in systems thinking and experience maintaining scalable design systems Proficiency in Figma and ability to clearly communicate design intent through flows, wireframes, and prototypes Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints Excellent collaboration and communication skills across disciplines Self-motivated and adaptable — able to work in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities Comfortable taking initiative, making decisions with limited information, and working independently Strong written and verbal communication in EnglishBonus Points Experience improving or modernizing legacy platforms Experience designing tools for enterprise operations or internal platforms Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) Background in real estate, property technology, or workflow-heavy enterprise softwareWhy Join Us Play a key role in shaping a platform used by industry-leading property operators across the APAC region Join a team that values thoughtful, practical design and is serious about building user-first products Contribute meaningfully at an early stage — with the ability to influence product direction, design culture, and company growth Be part of a high-ownership, low-ego team that cares deeply about craft, execution, and long-term impactPlease send your English resume and Portfolio.
