About The RoleFor our Customer Service in DNV Business Assurance Denmark, we are looking for a customer-focused supporter for project administration. You will become part of a team that solves all tasks within project administration and system support.
Customer Service consists of a team of 14 people who work closely together to ensure that we provide the best service to our customers. Customer Service takes care of the company's administrative processes, including support for our salespeople, planners, certificate issuance, system updates and much more. The profile we are looking for must primarily support the salespeople in achieving their goals and becoming a super user on the system in which the salespeople work. As a supporter, you become part of the team that solves all tasks within project administration.
