Must be fully competent in selling products/services in addition to performing the following duties. Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork. Actively engage customers in conversation and actively assist in the understanding, demonstration, description and selection of products/services. Operate a computerized point of sale and billing system including accurate entering of sales information, i. e.
new activation, replacement, etc. Processing payments for products/services; processing credit card transactions, processing refund/exchange. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer’s needs and desiresAnswer questions regarding the store and its products/servicesMaintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Meet sales goalsReconcile daily work and prepare deposits and end of day reports for managementActively maintain the store appearance including keeping products neatly organized and attractively displayed, dust and clean shelves regularly and arrange products to maintain the highest level of visual presentation.
Actively execute the daily operational and day to day goals and priorities assigned by Supervisor and/or Retail Store manager. Maintain stockroom products organization and cleanlinessAssist with monthly physical inventory countAssist with Repair processAct as cashier as neededSets up advertising displays or arrange products in display counters to promote sales. Assist with special projects as needed. Provide other departmental assistance as needed. Attend occasional departmental meetings and participate in training. Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
May be required to work at other store locations when needed or as part of rotation. Must always have reliable transportation Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers. Maintain responsibility for equipment being shown to customers. Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock area should this area be entrusted into your custody. Vacuum, sweep floors, wipe down surfaces (counter, windows, doors), and empty trash each day if you are assigned to an area without regular cleaning crew.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization. Ability to converse professionally and with empathy with an emphasis on owning and solving issues whilst building excellent rapport.
