Responsible for Installation of Radios and Antenna Systems for 3G, 4G, 5G, DAS, VSAT, Microwave radio as well as installation of Fiber optic and Coax Cable installation tasks on steel lattice, guyed, masts, towers, rooftop and building antenna / aerial systems.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist in the testing of antenna systems for the purposes of fault finding and subsequent rectification. Conduct visual inspections of antenna mounts, aerials, co-axial cables, fixings, feeder cables and anchor pointsCarry out cable repairs including splicing and termination. Perform installation of antennas, mounts, cable ladders, cable, etc. Install, maintain and troubleshoot the RF radio and antenna system for 3G, 4G, 5G and future mobile equipment. Install, maintain and troubleshoot microwave radio and future transport equipment. Install, maintain and troubleshoot Solid In-Building DAS and booster equipment. Install, maintain of DC plant, generator and other support facilities.
Implement preventive maintenance measures for BTS and Power system support facilities such as rectifier, backup battery, DC cabinet, surge protector and generatorAssist RAN team in antenna alignment and RF coverage optimizationAssist the team leader in the preparation and input of site reports and photographs onto the company database. Respond quickly in the BTS trouble ticket restoration, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.

Familiarity with fiber optic and coaxial cable installation, splicing, and termination. Understanding of AC/DC electrical fundamentals and voltmeter use. Ability to perform work safely at heights, including tower climbing with 100% tie-off techniques.
Skilled in operating tools and equipment such as capstan winch, RF sweep test gear, and bucket trucks. Proficient in reading technical documents, safety procedures, and site reports. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for system faults and optimization. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and reporting. Adaptability to work in various weather conditions and dynamic environments. Knowledge of workplace safety, environmental procedures, and emergency response. Basic computer literacy for report documentation and data entry. Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma/GED. Graduate of any technical courses2+ years of experience in in aerial rigger and climbing with background of using specific harnesses and fall-arrest systems. Hold relevant climbing certificates including - Advanced Climbing, Rooftop Access & Rescue, Tower Rescue. Basic knowledge in AC & DC electrical circuits. Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees in the organization.
