As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a Marketing Lead to structure and manage our local marketing team. The goal:

bring clarity, drive visibility, and generate impact β€” across both the patient (B2C) and healthcare professional (B2B) segments. Your MissionAs Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for our full acquisition and brand strategy:

Manage the brand image of DoctoranytimeDefine and execute the local marketing strategyStructure and lead the marketing team (currently 1 person + part-time support)Launch and manage marketing campaigns (both offline and digital)Generate qualified B2B leads through inbound marketingCoordinate the external agencies in charge of SEO/SEATrack and report on KPIs with a data-driven approachCollaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and the international HQProfileMinimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a SaaS or marketplace environmentStrong expertise in campaign marketing, SEO/SEA, and acquisition strategiesAbility to think strategically while being hands-on (the team will grow, but initially, execution will be required)Experience in team management or mentoring junior profilesComfortable coordinating with external freelancers and partners (design, data, content, etc.

)Proficient with tools for analysis, marketing automation, and campaign performanceNative-level French and fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)Highly autonomous, rigorous, curious, and pragmaticBonus : Knowledge of HubSpot (B2B), and Customer. io (B2C)Key Figures – Doctoranytime Belgium9,000+ healthcare professionals listed360,000+ appointments booked each month1.
