Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's critical documentation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures and systems Manage document lifecycles, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving Ensure proper version control and maintain document revision histories Collaborate with various departments to gather, organize, and store project-related documents Generate and distribute regular status reports on document control activities Maintain and update document registers, logs, and databases Assist in the implementation and management of electronic document management systems Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures Train staff on document control processes and best practices Support project teams by providing timely access to required documentation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for document management processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (preferred) 7 Years of experience or more in document control or records management roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with electronic document management systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Flexibility and aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to document control Experience with version control and document lifecycle management Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Familiarity with quality management systems and processes (preferred) Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
