Our new Energy Division will focus on clean and reliable power generation, spanning thermal, solar PV, wind, gas, hydro, and hybrid technologies.The Document Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documentation within the Energy Department. This includes ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, proper version control, and timely distribution of documents among internal teams, contractors, consultants, and authorities. The role supports project efficiency and compliance with company and regulatory documentation standards. Main Responsibilities:Establish and maintain a systematic document control process for all energy-related projects and operational documents.Receive, review, and record incoming and outgoing project documentation (drawings, reports, correspondence, technical manuals, etc.).Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and filing in accordance with company standards.Manage the storage and retrieval of project documentation both electronically and in hard copy.Track document submissions, revisions, and approvals to ensure accuracy and timely updates.Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure document consistency and compliance.Generate and maintain document transmittals and ensure proper distribution to relevant stakeholders.Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation completeness and accessibility.Assist in preparing reports and document logs for project status reviews.Protect the confidentiality and integrity of all controlled documents.Qualifications and Experience:4-5 years of experience as a Document Controller.Preferably from industries such as Energy, Utilities, Construction, EPC, or Industrial Projects.Training or certification in Document Management Systems or Quality Systems is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Hands-on experience with Document Control Software such as Aconex, SharePoint, or EDMS.
