Talent Centric Ltd. is recruiting for a renowned company.Position: Document ControllerLocation: DhakaEmployment Type: Full-TimeOffice Time: 8:30-5:30Age Limit: 26-30 yearsExperience: Minimum 2-3 yearsKey Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents, including technical drawings, correspondence, reports, and BOQ, in accordance with company standards.Ensure all documents are properly categorized, labeled, and stored for efficient access and retrieval.Maintain and update document control logs, transmittals, and registers accurately.Distribute controlled copies of approved documents to relevant project teams and departments.Monitor, track, and follow-up on the review and approval status of project documents.Ensure proper version control and secure archiving of superseded or obsolete documents.Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of project documentation to clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to meet documentation requirements and deadlines.Uphold confidentiality, data security, and integrity of all controlled documents at all times.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering projects.Proficient in MS Office and document management systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills in English.To apply please email us:Email: mamun@tcentric.comSubject: Document Controller
