A Snapshot of Your DayWorking with the Project Info Management Team, the Documentation Expert handles documentation for key collaborators and reports to the Global Head of PE Documentation.How You Will Make An ImpactSupport of the Project Management Teams and report to related Key Authority Documentation or Project Information Manager in execution location.Support the project set-up (process & tools) according to project needs.Providing tool access and training, especially for project-specific adjustments, as well as offering mentorship to various fieldsCrafting user documentation for collaborators and coordinating document deliverables from all project-related team membersProvision of documents and documentation packages for internal and external customersHandling of customer DMS tools and interfaces: Up-loading of documents, collecting and register documents in the Siemens Energy tool What You BringBachelor of Science in Engineering (Information Management, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering) or equivalent experienceExperience in information management, process management and documentationExperience in execution of plant projects (turnkey and consortium) with interdisciplinary teams; experience in coordinating process interfacesKnowledge in project and quality management methodsProficiency in English and strong business and results orientationExcellent collaboration and strong communication skills combined with enhanced conceptual and analytical skillsAbout The TeamOur Corporate and Global Functions are essential in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across various departments, business areas, and regions.
