Your role at Kanadevia Inovadirectly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.Job DescriptionLead EIC* OM** Documentation: Take full responsibility for creating, managing, and finalizing Operating and Maintenance Manuals for EIC systems using project-specific templates and standards.Supplier Coordination: Independently support and train EIC suppliers throughout the documentation process—from kick-off to final submission—ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery.Project & Schedule Management: Coordinate documentation activities across multiple projects, maintain schedules, and ensure alignment with project milestones and cold commissioning/as-built phases.Quality & Compliance: Ensure documentation meets HSE standards, complies with relevant project/country-specific regulations, and is accurately entered in the document management system.Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal project teams, technical departments, and international partners; manage translations and updates during warranty phases; and maintain documentation templates and systems.Electrical, Instrumentation, and ControlOperation and MaintenanceQualificationsElectrotechnical education (like electrical draughtsman, electrical planner, etc.)Knowledge of process engineering and understanding and quick perception of technical connectionsVery good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel, advantageously also PowerPoint, Visio) and good knowledge of document management systems (DMS), e.g. eDoc, knowledge and work with the COMOS planning databaseAccurate work required, possesses the business competence to make decisions in his field independentlyVery good knowledge of English, German, or other languages are an advantageAdditional InformationEmployment contract for an indefinite period+ 13th SalaryFinancial reward for working anniversariesFlexible working time (core time 9-3:30)Home Office possible 2 days a weekExtra days of leave (+1 day after the first, third and fifth year of service)Extra days of leave for special personal events (e.g., wedding, graduation etc.)Modern infrastructureFree drinking regime (coffee)Recreation allowanceMultisport cardThe third pillar of the pension schemeSupport for professional and career growth, education and trainingSupportive and team-oriented working environmentFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
