For our documentation team in Poland we are looking for a Documentation Specialist who will enable smooth processes and service ensuring every shipment is documented accurately, delivered efficiently, and supported with expert care.Your daily tasks will incl.:Preparing, printing, and verifying the accuracy of bills of lading and other transport documents. Organizing and coordinating courier shipments (domestic and international). Monitoring shipment status and liaising with courier companies to ensure timely deliveries. Collaborating with logistics, forwarding, and customer service departments regarding documentation and shipments. Archiving transport and courier documents in line with company procedures. Ensuring documentation complies with legal requirements and internal standards. Handling issues related to documentation and shipments (e.g., delays, missing documents). Preparing reports on executed shipments and document flow. Requirements:Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues are not just expectations—they are the foundation of our promise to deliver professional and efficient support worldwide. Too sum up, we are looking for someone who has:Previous experience in a similar role (logistics, shipping, or documentation) is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Good command of English (German language skills will be considered an asset). High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling documentation. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in working with computer systems and the ability to quickly adapt to company-specific tools. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected challenges in a professional manner.
