Company DescriptionFounded in 2000 under the name Vietnam Logistics with only five passionate young members, we began our journey in the logistics field driven by energy, ambition, and determination.In 2010, as Vietnam’s logistics industry became more competitive and demanding, we restructured and officially established Green Dragon International Logistics JSC on November 9, 2010.The Green Dragon symbolizes our vision — the spirit of Vietnamese youth reaching out to the world, striving for continuous growth and success in the global logistics arena.Job DescriptionManage and assign tasks to the import–export documentation team.Prepare, check, and process shipping and customs documents for all shipments, including new customers and SOP implementation.Work closely with customers, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure on-time operations and compliance.Negotiate with service providers and monitor cost, quality, and service performance.Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of team members.Prepare periodic reports and update regulations related to import–export and customs procedures.Quản lý và phân công công việc cho đội chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu. Soạn, kiểm tra và xử lý chứng từ cho các lô hàng, khách hàng mới và SOP. Làm việc với khách hàng, nhà cung cấp, cơ quan chức năng để đảm bảo tiến độ. Đàm phán nhà cung cấp dịch vụ, kiểm soát chi phí – chất lượng. Đào tạo, giám sát và đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên trong nhóm. Báo cáo hoạt động định kỳ, cập nhật quy định pháp luật liên quan.RequirementsCollege or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Business, or Economics.Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or import–export operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/team leader role.Strong knowledge of import–export processes, documentation, customs, taxation, and refund procedures.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Good command of English (especially in logistics terminology) and proficiency in MS Office tools.Tốt nghiệp CĐ/ĐH chuyên ngành Logistics, Xuất nhập khẩu, Ngoại thương, Kinh tế. Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm logistics, trong đó có 1 năm vị trí trưởng nhóm/giám sát. Hiểu rõ quy trình xuất nhập khẩu, chứng từ, thuế – hoàn thuế. Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp, đàm phán, xử lý tình huống tốt. Tiếng Anh chuyên ngành và tin học văn phòng khá trở lên.
