Looking for a Head of Product and Development reporting directly to the CEOup to 150. 000 EUR + secondary benefits Are you looking to join a growing company in the financial software domain? This position is reporting directly to the CEO and you will be responsible for multiple tech teams and a product team. The teams are located in different locations in The Netherlands and in Belgium. In the future there will most likely be teams in other different locations in Europe.
You will be managing both the tech- and product teams (currenlty roughly 20FTE), so proven experience managing tech- and product departments is necessary. Preferably we are looking for someone with a technical background who, along his career, gained experience in managing product teams as well, but the opposite is also possible. In all situations, someone with a business approach is needed. The company consists out of 70FTE throughout multiple locations. The company is building financial software and they are looking to grow organically and through a few more acquisitions. What we need:
Experience with (financial) SaaS solutionsExperience managing tech- and product teamsExperience with financial software would be a big plusFlexibility in traveling as the teams are located in The Netherlands and BelgiumSomeone should live in The Netherlands or Belgium already, no relocation possible.
