As Director of Digital Solutions, you will build and lead a new digital organisation at Doka—driving the development of customer-centric software products and transforming the way we work. This is a rare opportunity to lead from the ground up: defining structure, building teams, setting strategy, and scaling a portfolio of digital solutions aligned with Doka’s core business. What You'll Do – Your Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead a cross-functional digital unit (Product, Engineering, UX, GTM)Own the full digital product lifecycle:

strategy, delivery, scaling, monetisationDrive the shift from project-based work to product-oriented models, based on agile ways of workingAlign digital initiatives closely with Doka’s core business needsFocus on strategic direction and provide hands-on support during early phasesIntroduce and embed modern software-native practices (agile product development, iterative delivery, continuous integration, cross-functional team design)Build and develop high-performing, interdisciplinary teams and cultureQualificationsWhat You'll Bring - Your Profile7–10+ years in senior roles within software, product, or technology leadershipProven success in building and scaling digital organisations or business unitsExperience leading cross-functional teams (40–50+ FTEs) in complex setupsStrong understanding of software economics, agile methods, and technical decision-makingEntrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with transformation experience in traditional industriesExperience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus
