We have set ourselves the ambitious target of achieving Net Zero by 2040 and becoming the most sustainable formwork and scaffolding producer. To turn these ambitious goals into action, we are looking for a Sustainability Manager with a strong operational drive, a market-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills. Main TasksAct as a key contact for client sustainability requests, providing clear and tailored responses, and supporting commercial teams with sustainability-related materials. Conduct sustainability training sessions for sales and other client-facing teams, enabling them to confidently communicate our sustainability approach and credentials. Lead and manage external sustainability ratings and supplier assessments (e.
g. , EcoVadis), ensuring strong performance and consistent market positioning. Support CSRD reporting by collecting and coordinating qualitative KPIs, ensuring consistent narratives, clear documentation, and cross-departmental alignment. Raise awareness and build sustainability knowledge across the organization by providing employee training and supporting internal engagement initiatives. QualificationsWhat you bring to the table: We are looking for a motivated team player with a passion for sustainability and the right mix of expertise, mindset, and communication skills to drive impactful change. You hold an interdisciplinary Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability or a related field. You have gained experience in a comparable role.
You enjoy working in an international and fast-paced environment. You bring relevant experience in areas such as Ecovadis, CSRD reporting, and sustainability awareness. You are communicative, collaborative, well-organized, and detail-oriented. You know how to inspire others for sustainability topics. You enrich the team with a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. You speak English fluently; German is a plus. Additional InformationThis position is a temporary stand-in role to cover parental leave for at least one year and is available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 20 hours per week).
