Our mission is to build a unified ecosystem of branches addressing social, creative, health, and research challenges, empowering communities and making measurable impact.We are looking for visionary leaders who are passionate about social change and want to drive transformation as part of our Central Director Board.|Current Vacant Domains:CCMO - Chief Creative Media Officer for Creative & MediaCWO -Chief Wellness Officer for Wellness & Mental HealthCCO -Chief Community Officer for Community & VolunteeringCRO - Chief Research Officer for Research & InnovationIn the future, you will oversee all branches in your domain, expanding SAPCMTY’s ecosystem nationally and globally.Role DescriptionAs a Domain Chief, you will:Lead and develop all current and future branches in your domain.Serve as a Board Member at SAPCMTY Central Director Board, participating in strategic decisions.Guide branch CEOs and teams to align with SAPCMTY’s vision and goals.Develop initiatives, programs, and campaigns to expand the reach and impact of your domain.Experience in non-profit or social service sectors is a plusMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branch activities and report outcomes.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 3 years of leadership in your domain (media, wellness, community, research).Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing teams or projects at scale.Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and execute initiatives aligned with a central vision.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Passion: Commitment to social impact and community development.Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple branches and growing teams.Note: This is a volunteer leadership role.
