Domain Specialist

Required Skill Set:As a Domain Architect, you will play a role in defining and maintaining the architecture within a specific value stream, ensuring that solutions align with organizational strategy and business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business owners, system owners, development teams, and other architects, to define technology roadmaps, facilitate architectural discussions, and guide development processes.Strong understanding of architectural methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.Telecom domain knowledgeNice to have Skill Set:Certifications in architecture frameworks such as IT Architect Foundation, TOGAF, or similar.Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.Exposure to TM Forum FrameworksExperience level Education3-6 years experience as domain architect or in a similar role within a specific business domain.Bachelor or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Roles and responsibilities:Develop, document and maintain domain architecture, including technology solutions, data management, and system integrations for the system value stream you are responsible for.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.Guide and influence the design of system solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and in alignment with enterprise standards.Ensure that all architectural solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards.Keep track on architectural solutions that divert from quality, security, and compliance standards or where there is a technical debt.Mentor and support development teams during the implementation phase to ensure architectural vision and quality.Support test teams during the test phase to ensure end to end understanding of the solution within the system value stream you are responsible for.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication (both verbal and written) and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with focus on quality.
