Spa ManagerThe Role:

The Spa Manager at Domes Resorts oversees the daily operations of the spa facility, including customer service, scheduling, and employee management, while ensuring high standards in guest satisfaction and spa services. This role combines management skills with a passion for wellness and hospitality to create a rejuvenating experience for guests. The Spa Manager is responsible for service delivery, promotions of Spa programs and services, as well as maximizing sales of Spa products. Some of the responsibilities:

Maintain and implement the Quality Standards of Domes Resorts for the SPAMakes all efforts and creates proper action plan to achieve the desirable revenuesAlways sets a standard of professionalism and acts as a role model to the spa staffMotivates, encourages, trains the team, and maintains the correct level of professional and qualified personnel, overseeing all facilities and activities within the SpaEnsures and monitors the cleanliness and hygieneProduces the spa financial reports in monthly reportsIn cooperation with the Marketing Department organizes the marketing and sales plan for the SpaPerforms as a professional with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as requiredRequirementsUseful to have:
