You’ll bring comfort, connection, and reliability to those who need it most.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with safe mobility and mealtime supportApply basic personal care, including moisturising and aid assistanceHelp maintain a clean and welcoming environment (room cleaning/laundry)Provide emotional support and companionship to residentsAssist with activities and engagement in their day-to-day interestsSupport the team in memory support units and general household dutiesWhat You Bring:NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain - mandatory)Full working rights in AustraliaWarm, compassionate nature with excellent communication skillsEnthusiasm to learn and contribute positively to a teamUnderstanding of aged care standards (desirable but not essential)Ready to Apply?
