From inductions and orientation through to graduation, you’ll provide holistic support and connect students to external agencies and community networks – to create opportunities for them to thrive academically and personally.This is a permanent full- time opportunity based out from our New Lynn and Auckland CBD Campus between 8am – 9.15pm (40 hours per week). There will be travel across campuses. Our students are enrolled in programmes ranging from Level 2 certifications to Master's degrees, so the ability to support learners across a wide range of educational levels is key for success in this role!Key Responsibilities Managing the front desk at our busy CBD and New Lynn campus - all queries and support (staff and students) Coordinate and run orientations and cohort inductions Greeting students and staff and answering their queries Supporting students with pastoral care issues, academic support and following up with students on attendance via phone, email and site visits Assist students with accommodation, work support and third-party support (iwi’s, government agencies and community support) Completing administrative and sales support tasks Making sure the campus is clean and tidyKo koe tēnei | About you:You are a natural people’s person and enjoy the thrill of supporting students! Experience in supporting domestic students / youth in New Zealand or similar within an educational setting Possess a Tertiary Qualification Full Clean NZ Drivers licence – travel across campuses will be required Excellent command of the English – both verbal and written Patience, empathy, and cultural awareness with a genuine passion for helping students succeed A collaborative and mature approach – and a sense of fun!
