AsiaThailandLIXIL (Thailand) PCL.Employee AssignmentNot remoteFull Time18 August 2025ResponsibilitiesPlan shipping for domestic customersCreate picking (DO) to support domestic customer delivery.Manage inventory and delivery to support salesPlan and drive shipments to meet sales targets in order to support Sales and Marketing.Plan the transfer of goods to support sales (STO)Record Plan shipment information on the Shipment SignboardIssue documents (Invoice), check and approve products leaving the factoryEnsure efficient delivery in order to control distribution costs and logistics costs to meet the objective goals.Prepare and record shipping costs into the system (Shipment cost)Plan route to provide delivery, exchange and return services.Follow up and coordinate with the delivery of goods for domestic customers with Customer Service, Sales, Customer and Transportation.Prepare report of Daily Actual Ship Domestic and report of Prepare Control & Support ClaimReprint ticket from link scan from CS for order forwarding to department.Prepare information to send to Finance for credit release.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related field3-5 Years' experience in LogisticsPossesses service mind and leadership skillsHaving experience using SAP systemFamiliar using Google sheets, Google slides is a plusHaving good skills in English. Able to use in business communication
