comPosition DescriptionThe Key Account Manager will play a vital role in managing and expanding Dometic Korea's business, ensuring strong relationships with Recreational Vehicle customers across OEM and AM channels. This individual will be responsible for sales forecasting, business development, market analysis, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth. Roles And ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with RV customers in both OEM and aftermarket channels, ensuring long-term business partnerships. Develop new customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities and expanding Dometic Korea’s market reach. Process sales orders and maintain accurate forecasts for the next 12 months, ensuring seamless inventory and supply chain planning.

Understand product specifications, identifying strengths and limitations of Dometic solutions, and recommend appropriate products to meet customers’ needs. Conduct market research, analyzing RV industry trends and assessing changes in consumer demand. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities and pricing strategies that enhance market competitiveness. Work with technical support teams and factories to manage customer warranty claims and address product-related concerns. Provide weekly/monthly business status reports and contribute to drafting annual business plans. ,Qualifications And ExperienceWe believe this position possesses the following qualifications and experiences: Required:

Excellent document writing skills – Ability to produce professional reports, business documents, and emails. English proficiency – Strong business writing and email capabilities for effective communication. Ability to write about vehicle-related topics, including depreciation support, mechanical parking lot management, and automotive documentation. Preferred: Experience in dealer sales or strategic brand sales – Proven ability to manage key accounts and market growth. Interest in outdoor camping – Useful for understanding product relevance in the RV/camping industry. Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above – Preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Positive and can-do attitude – Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
