We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in managing day-to-day priorities. The role focuses on calendar management, email coordination, meeting organization, and ensuring effective communication flows. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily schedule of the executive(s), including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Monitor and organize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and logistical arrangements. Serve as a point of contact between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure clear and timely communication across teams and with partners. Support the executive(s) in staying aligned with priorities and deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar assistant or coordination role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and digital calendar/email tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Professional attitude and attention to detail.
