Target: Acts as the owner of the accommodation business, takes responsibility for the cost, efficiency, and satisfaction of the accommodation business, and builds a warm home for employees and enables Huawei employees to live and work in peace and contentment.Job Description:Develop local room arrangement rules and service standards: Develop accommodation service models that meet local conditions and refine accommodation services according to the requirements of the company's accommodation service policies and the supply characteristics of local social accommodation resources.Business processes and service standards to improve the overall efficiency of accommodation services.Manage the local accommodation environment: Manage the accommodation resources and environment of the region according to the company's dormitory management regulations for overseas employees, focusing on "comfortable living space", "diverse activity venues", and "warmness".The three goals of Xin's workstation are to continuously optimize and improve the accommodation environment in the region.Be responsible for the daily service of local accommodation business: Be responsible for the daily service work of local accommodation, including the acceptance and allocation of check-in request orders, and the acceptance, procurement, provision, and management of daily service requirements of dormitories.Review of monetization qualification and application of monetization subsidies.Manage local accommodation service satisfaction: Identify and manage employees' common service requirements, continuously optimize service standards, monitor the standard implementation of suppliers' services, and evaluate suppliers' performance.In addition, the publicize of accommodation services is carried out to effectively manage and improve the satisfaction of accommodation services.Be responsible for the CIAG management of local accommodation business: accurately maintain the accommodation service resource ledger, standardize the management of the check-in and check-out information of employees' dormitories and apartments, and provide information for the management of accommodation expenses and costs and dynamic adjustment of housing sources.Management of local accommodation expenses and costs: Apply for payment of dormitory-related expenses on time, ensure that the accommodation resource accounts are consistent with the actual situation, and the expense declaration and payment are accurate.Be responsible for the dynamic management of local accommodation service resources: Develop accommodation resource supply plans based on the changes in accommodation requirements of local business departments and cooperate with the procurement department to purchase accommodation resources. Integrate all types of accommodationSources (including dormitories, apartments, and hotels) are dynamically adjusted to meet the accommodation requirements of different groups, such as expatriates, employees on business trips, and non-employees, and improve the utilization of accommodation resources.
