Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Dosen Teknik Industri at Politeknik Meta Industri Cikarang, located in Tangerang. The primary responsibilities include teaching and mentoring students, preparing and delivering lectures, supervising student projects and research, developing and updating curriculum, and participating in academic and administrative activities. The role also involves staying updated with recent advancements in industrial engineering and implementing innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.QualificationsStrong foundation in Industrial Engineering concepts, including Production Planning, Quality Control, Manufacturing Processes, and Supply Chain Management.Experience in teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, and academic research.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using educational technology tools and software.Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.Master's degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Prior teaching experience at the higher education level is an advantage.Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
